SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

534A.

(A)  IN ALLEGANY COUNTY, AN INDIVIDUAL MAY NOT ENGAGE IN THE
BUSINESS OF, ATTEMPT TO ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF, OFFER TO
ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF, OR HOLD THEMSELVES OUT AS A MASTER
ELECTRICIAN IN THE STATE UNLESS LICENSED BY THE STATEWIDE MASTER
ELECTRICAL LICENSING BOARD OR BY ANY LOCAL THE ALLEGANY COUNTY
BOARD ANY LOCAL BOARD IN THE COUNTY.

(B)  ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON CONVICTION, IS SUBJECT TO A FINE OF NOT
MORE THAN $500.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Tax Sales

FOR the purpose of providing for attorney and auctioneer fees for
tax sales in Queen Anne's County; providing a rate of
redemption for property sold at a tax sale in Queen Anne's
County; providing that for property sold for nonpayment of
taxes prior to a certain date in Queen Anne's County, the
purchaser may proceed under the provisions of the Annotated
Code or under the provisions of prior law in the Public
Local Laws of Queen Anne's County; providing that for Queen
