REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 81, §
12E(a) through (f) and (h).

Subsection (a) of this section is revised as a
definition of "open space" or "open area", for clarity
and brevity.

In subsection (a) of this section, the introductory
language of former Art. 81, § 12E(a), which stated
that this section exclusively regulates "the granting
of any special tax credit" is deleted as misleading,
in part obsolete, and, in any event, superfluous.
