(10) There is hereby levied and imposed an annual State tax
on all assessable property in the State in rate and amount
sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds, as
and when due and until paid in full, such principal to be
discharged within 15 years of the date of issue of the bonds.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Charitable Organizations - Solicitors - Registration Fee

FOR the purpose of altering removing the fee that must accompany
the application for registration of any person who acts as a
solicitor for a professional solicitor engaged by a
charitable organization and the renewal fee for that
registration; removing requirements that a solicitor
maintain and open to the Secretary of State records of
compensation under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to fees for the registration of solicitors in the
State by professional solicitors.
