ORDER SHALL BE MADE AS PROVIDED BY LAW, ORDINANCE, OR REGULATION
OF THE LOCAL JURISDICTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems - Regulation

FOR the purpose of changing the definition of automatic fire
extinguishing systems for certain purposes requiring that an
appeal of an order for compliance with the requirements of a
certain law relating to automatic fire extinguishing systems
that is issued under the authority of State law be made to
the State Fire Prevention Commission; and requiring that an
appeal of an order for compliance with the requirements of a
certain law relating to automatic fire, extinguishing systems
that is issued under the authority of local law be made as
provided by the local law.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
