SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 27-101(j) of Article - Transportation
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
27-101(k).
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, 1. BE IT ENACTED BY
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read
as follows:
Article - Transportation
21-903.
A PERSON MAY NOT CONSUME AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE WHILE DRIVING
A MOTOR VEHICLE ON A HIGHWAY OF THIS STATE.
27-101.
(J) ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF § 21-903 OF
THIS ARTICLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $100 FOR EACH VIOLATION.
SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Wild Waterfowl - Master Hunting Guide Licenses
FOR the purpose of requiring an individual who owns or is
responsible for a commercial hunting guide organization to
obtain a license as a master hunting guide if the individual
receives monetary consideration to outfit or guide hunters
to hunt wild waterfowl; defining certain terms; providing
for the scope of this Act; exempting certain persons from
the licensing requirements of this Act; requiring certain
persons to be registered by their employer with the
Department of Natural Resources; providing for an oath for
applicants for a master hunting guide license; providing
for the application, fees, issuance, scope, term, and
