This Land Is Set Aside under Special Permit for the
Training of Dogs.

Entering for the Purpose of Hunting or Disturbing Game or

Permitting Dogs to Enter Without Proper Authorization Is

Punishable by a Penalty of Twenty-five Dollars

($25.00) for each offense.

[10-706.

Each permittee annually shall stock 25 game birds or mammals
for every 100 acres used as a special dog training area at his
own expense unless the Department determines that the area
already is stocked adequately. The Department shall supervise any
stocking.]

[10-707.

(a)  A permittee may train his own dog or any dog of another
person at any time in the special dog training area or permit
others to do so under conditions the parties mutually agree to.

(b)  A permittee, or any person authorized by him, may only
hunt or trap nongame birds and mammals and protected birds,
except within the confines of a special dog training area.]

[10-708.

A person may not willfully, negligently, or maliciously cut,
remove, cover up, deface, or otherwise mutilate, injure, or
destroy any special dog training area boundary fence, wire, or
poster placed in accordance with the provisions of this
subtitle.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
10-702, 10-703, and 10-709, respectively, of Article - Natural
Resources of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be
Section(s) 10-701, 10-702, and 10-703, respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
