2500 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 479 Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments (A) Any person who shall wilfully and maliciously destroy, (B) IF THE PROPERTY DEFACED, DESTROYED, INJURED, OR (C) IF THE PROPERTY DEFACED, DESTROYED, INJURED, OR 594B.
