FOR the purpose of correcting outdated references in the Code to
materials included in the Tax - Property Article; conforming
certain terminology to that used in the Tax - Property
Article; correcting certain provisions in the Tax - Property
Article; repealing a provision concerning taxes on
condominiums in the Real Property Article; renumbering a
provision of the Tax - Property Article; and making
stylistic changes.
