Richard Davidson, President, Maryland Hospital Association, 1301

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett County - Salaries - Local Officials

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the County
Commissioners, the County Treasurer, the members of the
Board of Supervisors of Election, the Sheriff, members of
the County Board of Education, and the Orphans' Court Judges
of Garrett County; altering the expense allowances of the
members of the County Board of Education and the Orphans'
Court Judges; generally relating to salaries and expense
allowances of certain local officials in Garrett County; and
providing that this Act does not affect the incumbents.
