BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Transportation
Section 6-404(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Transportation

6-404.

(c) Any transfer of the McComas Street Terminal [or the
National Gypsum Company Pier] to the Administration shall provide
that, if the Administration is abolished and its principal
functions are not vested in another agency, the McComas Street
Terminal [and the National Gypsum Company Pier] shall revert to
and become the property of Baltimore City.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 361

(House Bill 817)

AN ACT concerning

The Rights of a Mortgagee or Beneficiary of a Deed of
Trust Regarding Tenants of the Debtor

FOR the purpose of providing that a foreclosure sale may be made
subject to one or more of the tenancies which are
subordinate to a mortgage or deed of trust, whether or not
the mortgage or deed of trust so authorizes.
