addition to any such information required by the Insurance
Commissioner. Upon the request of the owner or insurer of any
property destroyed or injured by fire or explosion, or in which
an attempt to cause a fire or explosion may have occurred, the
State Fire Marshal shall make a written report to the person
requesting the same of the result of the examination made by him
regarding said property.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Marriage License Fee

FOR the purpose of authorizing requiring the Board of County
Commissioners of Cecil County to set an additional marriage
license fee up to a certain amount; requiring the clerk to
pay the proceeds from the fee to the County Treasurer;
providing for disbursement of the proceeds to battered
spouse shelters and domestic violence programs; and
requiring an annual report by the Cecil County Department of
Social Services Advisory Board of the disposition of the
fees.
