(V) SHALL SERVE FOR 1 YEAR; AND
(VI) SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE GOVERNOR'S YOUTH

ADVISORY COUNCIL.

(5) THE MEMBER FROM THE GOVERNOR'S YOUTH ADVISORY
COUNCIL SHALL BE:

(I) THE PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNOR'S YOUTH
ADVISORY COUNCIL, WHO SHALL SERVE EX OFFICIO, OR A DESIGNEE OF
THE PRESIDENT, WHO SHALL SERVE FOR AS LONG AS THE PRESIDENT WHO
APPOINTED THE DESIGNEE SERVES; AND

(II) AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD.

(C) A MEMBER SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF THE STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Health - State Advisory Council on Drug Abuse -
Student Member

FOR the purpose of providing for a student certain member from of
the Governor's Youth Advisory Council to be a member on the
State Advisory Council on Drug Abuse; providing for the term
for the student member; providing for residency requirements
for members; delineating certain requirements for
eligibility of a student member; and generally relating to
the membership of the State Advisory Council on Drug Abuse.
