AN ACT concerning

Commercial Law - Maximum Finance Charges

FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of certain ceilings
on certain maximum finance charges by repealing the
termination provisions on those ceilings; continuing the
existence of certain consumer protection provisions relating
to those maximum finance charges by repealing the
termination provisions on those consumer protection
provisions; and generally relating to maximum finance
charges.
