AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Property Tax Credit - Upper Potomac

Jaycees, Inc.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Allegany
County or of a municipal corporation in the County to grant,
by law, a tax credit against certain property tax imposed on
certain property owned by the Upper Potomac Jaycees, Inc.;
and providing for the effective date of this Act.

and tangible personal property, owned directly or indirectly by
any bona fide labor union or unions, or by any corporation whose
capital stock is exclusively owned by any bona fide labor union
