12-105.1.

(a)  The State Board for Higher Education may authorize the
Commissioner of Higher Education, acting through the Attorney
General, to seek an injunction or other judicial remedy for any
violation of [the] ANY provisions of [Subtitle] SUBTITLES 2 [and]
OR 3 of Title 12 and Subtitle 1 of Title 17 of this article.

(b)  The remedies provided in this section are in addition
to any other remedies provided by law.

16-104.

(i) (1) The Board shall coordinate relationships among the
community colleges to:

(i) Assure the widest possible educational
opportunities for students in this State;

(ii) Facilitate the transfer of students
between the community colleges and the University of Maryland,
the State universities and colleges, and other institutions of
higher education; and

(iii) Assure the most efficient use of State
money.

(2) The Board may[:

Designate] DESIGNATE any community college instructional
program as a statewide or regional program.

(a) A personal representative shall be removed from office
upon a finding by the court that he:

(5) Has failed to maintain on file with the register
a currently effective designation of an appropriate local agent
for service of process as described in [§ 5-105(6)] § 5-105(B)(6)
OF THIS ARTICLE; or

hospital, day residential or other programs, public or private,
other than a veterans' hospital, which purports to or does
provide treatment for persons suffering from mental disorders as

Health - General Article, or drug addiction as defined in §
