FOR the purpose of establishing a Class A-3 beer and light wine
license for St. Mary's County and setting a certain sum as
the annual fee for such a license.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) A Class A beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located. The license shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines
