(r) In Prince George's County the annual license fee is
[$210] $240.

18.

(a) A Class A beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorise the holder to
keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages at retail, in
any quantity, at the place therein described, and to deliver the
same in a sealed package or container which package or container
may not be opened nor its contents consumed on the premises where
sold. The annual fee for this license is $500, except as
otherwise provided in this section, and in all cases the fee
shall be payable to the clerk before any such license is issued,
for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(s) In Prince George's County the annual license fee is
[$560] $640.

19.

(a) A Class B beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and the license authorizes its
holder to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at
retail at any hotel or restaurant at the place described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere, or as provided in the
following subsections. The annual fee for this license is $750,
except as provided, and is payable to the clerk, before any
license is issued, for distribution as provided in this article.

(s) In Prince George's County, (1) the annual fee for this
license is [$940] $1,080 but the license holder may not make any
sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the licensed
premises except from the main bar and within the main portion of
the dining room facilities; whenever the applicant for or holder
of a beer, wine and liquor license, Class B (on-sale) proposes to
establish and conduct, or in fact establishes and conducts, on
the licensed premises, an area or portion of these licensed
premises, where there are maintained "off-sale" shelves or
counters not contained within and an integral part of the main
bar and in the main dining facilities where the majority of the
meals are served and consumed in the licensed premises (whether
enclosed or opened, partitioned or otherwise partly separated
from the main bar or the usual serving area within these premises
for the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the
premises and not part of the premises where the major portion of
meals are served and consumed in these licensed premises) for the
sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the licensed
premises, the annual fee for this license is [$1,500] $1,725; and
a license holder under this subsection may not sell alcoholic
beverages for consumption off the premises from any portion of
these premises other than from the main bar, or the usual place
