13.
(a) A Class A beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located. The license shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines
at retail, in any quantity to any consumers, at the place therein
described, and to deliver the same in a sealed package or
container, which package or container shall not be opened nor its
contents consumed on the premises where sold. The annual fee for
the license shall be $35 and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.
(j) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall
be [one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00)] $175.

(i) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of
this section, the board of license commissioners for Prince
George's County may not issue any Class B beer and light wine
license with other than the privilege of selling beer and light
wine for consumption on the licensed premise (on-sale only).
However, licensees holding this class of license prior to July 1,
1975, who have been exercising the privilege of selling alcoholic
beverages for consumption off the licensed premise may continue
to exercise this privilege. The annual fee for this license is
[$210] $240.
15.
(a) A Class C beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light wines, at
retail, to bona fide members and their guests, at any club, at
the place therein described, for consumption on the premises
only. The annual fee for such a license shall be thirty-five
dollars ($35.00) and shall be payable to said clerk, before any
such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.
(g) In Prince George's County the annual license fee shall
be [one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00)] $175.
16.
(a) A Class D beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located. The license authorizes its holder
to keep for sale and to sell beer and light wines at retail, at
the place described in the license, for consumption on the
premises or elsewhere. The license may not be issued for any
drugstore. The annual fee for the license is $60, and shall be
payable to the clerk, before any license is issued, for
distribution as provided in this article.
