Article - Natural Resources
1-102.

(a) The following units are included within the Department:

(1)  The Tidewater Administration, which shall include
the Coastal Zone Management Program;

(2)   [The Wildlife Administration;] THE FOREST, PARK
AND WILDLIFE SERVICE;

(3)  The Natural Resources Police Force;

(4)   [The Forest and Park Service;

(5)] The Water Resources Administration;

[(6)] (5) The Maryland Environmental Service;

[(7)] (6) The Energy Administration, which shall
include the power plant siting and research program, the Bureau
of Mines, the Land Reclamation Committee, and the Maryland Energy
Office;

[(8)] (7) The Maryland Geological Survey;

[(9)] (8) The Maryland Geological Survey Commission;

[(10)] (9) The Scenic River Review Board;

[(11)] (10) The Upper Potomac River Commission;

[(12)] (11) The Maryland Environmental Trust;

[(13)] (12) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Commission of the Potomac River Basin;

[(14)] (13) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Susquehanna River Basin Commission;

[(15)] (14) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission;

[(16)] (15) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Potomac River Fisheries Commission;

[(17)] (16) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission;

[(18)] (17) The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Interstate Mining Commission; and

[(19)] (18) The Hazardous Waste Facilities Siting
Board.
