Landlord-Tenant Affairs

FOR the purpose of transferring the functions and

responsibilities of the Executive Director of the Landlord-Tenant

Commission to the Director of the Department of Licenses and
permits or his designee.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

SUBTITLE 13. HOUSING.

Sections 13-138(a), 13-141, 13-142(a), 13-146, 13-147, 13-148(a),

13-153(d), 13-162.1, 13-166(b), 13-167, 13-182, and

13-187,

the provisions of the County Zoning Ordinance relating to
expansion of nonconforming uses in the one hundred (100) year
floodplain.
