issuance of a special permit.

Public Spa/Hot Tub Regulation

FOR the purpose of requiring licensure of all public spa
facilities and their operators, and for setting minimum standards
of safety, water quality, construction and operation, in order to
protect and promote the public health and safety of users of
public spas in Prince George's County.
