Positions Relating to Lease of the County Hospital System

FOR the purpose of removing from the duties and
responsibilities of the Personnel Officer the appointment of a
Hospital Commission Director of Personnel; removing from the
duties and responsibilities of the County Purchasing Agent the
appointment of a Deputy Hospital Commission Purchasing Agent; and
repealing obsolete references to these positions.
