death to any passenger or person and property damage in the
amounts set by Executive Regulation rather than in the amount set

AN ACT to amend Chapter 57, title "Weapons" of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by amending Section
57-1, title "Definitions", to clarify the definition of fixed
ammunition, and by adding a new Section 57-12, title "Sale and
Possession of fixed Ammunition", for the purpose of establishing
requirements for the sale of fixed ammunition; and imposing a
civil penalty for the violation of the above requirements.

Section 20-37, titled "Comprehensive insurance and self-insurance
program", of Article VII, titled "Insurance," of Chapter 20,
titled "Finance", Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, to
change the basis for the calculation of unencumbered reserve
required to be maintained in the Montgomery County Self-Insurance
Program.
