Section 52-2, title "Date of Finality for Tax Purposes; When
Taxes Due and Payable; Date When Taxes Overdue; Penalty for Late
Payment of Taxes; When Improvements Assessable", subsection (g)
of Article I, title "In General", of Chapter 52, title
"Taxation", of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, to
clarify that unpaid tax bills or revised tax bills bear interest
from October 1 of the year.

AN ACT to amend Article I, title "School Facilities
Utilization Act" of Chapter 44, title "Schools and Camps" of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by amending Section
44-3, title "Interagency coordinating board" for the purpose of
staggering the terms of office of the citizen members of the
board and increasing their terms of office from three to four
years.

8A-6, title "Franchise Standards, General" to provide appropriate
County jurisdiction; Section 8A-8, title "Franchise Fee;
records", to increase advance on franchisee fees; Section 8A-9,
title "Local Offices; services; complaint procedure", to provide
for service interruption procedure; Section 8A-11, title
"Operations; minimum channel capacity; access channels;
production facilities; charges; privacy", to establish rules for
leasing access channels, provide for service to public building
as set forth in the franchise agreement, provide for use of
grants, and expand requirements for interconnection, and to
establish a Montgomery County Cable Communication Plan, and
