Laws of Montgomery County, 1983

AN ACT to amend Chapter 38A, title "Radio, Television and
Electrical Appliance Installation and Repairs" of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing subsection (c) of
Section 38A-9, title "Complaints; investigations; enforcement",
to provide for investigative and enforcement procedures that
conform to those of Chapter 31A; and repealing and reenacting
with amendments Section 38A-10, title "Procedure for revocation
or suspension of certificate of registration", to provide for
hearing procedures that conform to those of Chapter 31A.

Laws of Montgomery County, 1983

AN ACT to amend Chapter 53, title "Taxicabs and Limousines"
of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and
reenacting with amendments Section 53-18, title "Vehicle
equipment - Taximeters", to provide that taximeters have security
seals affixed by the Office of Consumer Affairs, and to provide
that periodic tests of taximeters be made.

Effective July 18, 1983.
