ORDINANCE NO. 10-22

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-H-6, title "Action By District
Council, Local Map Amendments", to add a new section 59-H-6.8,
title "Dismissal for Lack of Prosecution", to provide the local
map amendment applications pending for two years or longer may be
dismissed by the District Council for lack of prosecution.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-23

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-9, title "Rural Zone", to add
a new Section 59-C-9.4, title "Existing Building and Building
Permits", for the purpose of exempting certain buildings existing
on lots rezoned by Sectional Map Amendment to the Rural Zone from
non-conforming use restrictions.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-2, title "Definitions and
Interpretations", Section 59-A-2.1, title "Definitions"; to
Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones, One-Family",
Subsection 59-C-l.31, title "Land Uses"; and to Division 59-G-2,
title "Special Exception - Standards and Requirements", Section
59-G-2.59, title "Theaters, legitimate"; to amend the definitions
and special exception standards for legitimate theater to allow a
dinner theater as a special exception use in the RE-2, RE-1,
R-200, R-150, R-90 zones.
