AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-B-l, title "Exemptions from
Height Controls", to Division 59-C-6, title "Central Business
District Zones", Section 59-C-6.235, title "Maximum Building
Height (in feet)", to clarify that height limitations are
applicable to air conditioners or similar rooftop structures and
mechanical appurtenances on buildings constructed under the
Standard Method of Development in the Central Business District
Zones; to provide additional rooftop coverage to accommodate air
conditioners and similar rooftop structures and mechanical
appurtenances for buildings constructed under the Optional Method
of Development in the Central Business District Zones; and to
clarify the legislative intent that the additional building
height allowed for nonhabitable structures is limited to eight
feet.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-15
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-6, title "Central Business
District Zones", Section 59-C-6.22, title "Land Uses", to allow
for the relocation and continued use of a dry cleaning
establishment previously existing as a non-conforming use in the
CBD-1 zone.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-16
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-5, title "Industrial Zones,"
Section 59-C-5.34, title "Setbacks in the 1-3 Zone," to enable
the Planning Board to approve reduced setbacks for parking
purposes where 1-3 zoning either adjoins institutional uses
classified in a residential zone, or adjoins an off-street
parking facility in a residential zone.
