ORDINANCE NO. 10-9

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-2, title "Definitions and
Interpretation", Section 59-A-2.1, title "Definitions", Division
59-G-l, title "Special Exceptions - Authority Procedure", Section
59-G-1.13, title, "District Council" and Section 59-G-2.12, title
"Cemeteries"; to revise definition of the term "Cemetery", to
specify sections of Zoning Ordinance governing modification,
enforcement, suspension, or revocation of special exceptions
granted by the District Council, to provide additional standards
for grant of cemetery special exception, and to exempt existing
cemeteries from becoming non-conforming users.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-10

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family", to Section 59-C-l.5, title "Cluster Development",
and to Section 59-C-l.6, title "Development Including Moderately
Priced Dwelling Units", for the purpose of exempting certain
single-family detached dwellings from the requirements for site
plan approval as contained in Division 59-D-3; and to clarify the
approval procedures for cluster and MPDU developments.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-11

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-D-3, title "Site Plan," to
Section 59-D-3.3, title "Action by Planning Board", to require
the Planning Board to hold a public hearing on site plans, and to
allow the Planning Board to postpone action on a site plan for a
property that is also the subject of a pending preliminary plan
of subdivision.
