AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-D, title "Zoning Districts -
Approval Procedures", Section 59-D-1.7, title "Amendment of a
Development Plan", Section 59-D-1.72, title "Prior to Review and
Recommendation by Hearing Examiner", 59-D-1.73, title "Prior to
Action by District Council", and 59-D-1.74, title "Subsequent to
Approval by District Council", redesignating a title, and
providing for clarification and revision of the hearing and
review procedures affecting development plan amendments filed
before and during the public hearings on the application, prior
to action on the application by the District Council, and
subsequent to approval of the application by the District
Council.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-H-2, title "Map
Amendments—Applications," Section 59-H-2.3, title "Filing Fees"
Subsection 59-H-2.33, title "Refund of Filing Fees" for the
purpose of revising local map amendment filing fee refund policy.
