AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-D-2, title "Project Plan for
Optional Method of Development, CBD Zones," to permit alternative
administrative procedures to be specified on a master or sector
plan, for processing project plans under the optional method of
development; and to Section 59-D-2.2, title "Public Hearing -
Notification," to delete that portion of the "Public Hearing
Notification Procedure" that is addressed by these alternative
procedures.

events and at cultural events of general public interest.
