ORDINANCE NO. 9-76

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-2, title "Definitions and
Interpretations," and Division 59-C-4, title "Commercial Zones,"
Section 59-C-4.0, title "Land Uses," for the purpose of providing
a definition for the term "Duplicating Service," and to allow a
duplicating service as a permitted use in the C-l (convenience
commercial) Zone.

Adopted July 20, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-7.7

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-B-3, title "Exemptions for
Projections," Section 59-B-3.3, title "Cornices, Eaves, Outside
Stairways, and Chimneys," to allow air conditioners and heat
pumps to project not more than five feet into any minimum front
or rear yards.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-78

AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-H, title "Amendment Procedures,"
Division 59-H-4, title "Public Hearing," Section 59-H-4.23, title
"Posting of Property—Local Map Amendments," for the purpose of
clarifying and further specifying the requirements related to
posting of the zoning sign on or near property that is the
subject of a local map amendment.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-79

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-4, title "Commercial Zones,"
Section 59-C-4.3, title "C-O Zone - Development Standards,"
Section 59-C-4.31, title "Building Height," to add the
requirement that additional building height may be permitted as
long as such additional height is not contrary to a master plan
recommendation.
