AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-7, title "Planned Unit
Development Zones," Section 59-C-7.1, title "P-D Zone - Planned
Development," Subsection 59-C-7.122, title "Minimum Area," for
purposes of amending the minimum area requirements under certain
circumstances.

Adopted April 13, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-73

AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-H, title "Amendment Procedures,"
Division 59-H-6, title "Action by District Council, Local Map
Amendment," Section 59-H-6.5, title "Oral Argument," for the
purpose of allowing the District Council to require that oral
argument be presented on any aspect of a local map amendment
application under consideration.
