AN ACT amending Section 20.302 "Requirement to pay water and
sewer charges and assessments; liens" of the Howard County Code
in order to limit the property owner's liability in the event of
underbillings.

Effective Date February 13, 1984.

Bill No. 69

AN ACT pursuant to Section 612 of the Howard County Charter,
approving a multi-year agreement between Howard County and the
Maryland Wholesale Food Center Authority for County repair and
maintenance of water distribution lines and fire service valves
and hydrants owned by the Maryland Wholesale Food Center
Authority, all expenses to be paid by the Authority.

Effective Date March 5, 1984.

AN ACT adding new Subtitle 8 "Defacing Public and Private
Property" to Title 8 "Crimes and Misdemeanors" of the Howard
County Code prohibiting defacing of public and private property;
providing penalties for such misdemeanors; establishing parental
liability in certain instances; and providing for restitution to
victims of such acts.

Effective Date March 9, 1984.
