AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (aX) to Title 18 "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mr. and Mrs. William
Runyon.

Effective Date December 3, 1983.

Bill No. 58

AN ACT amending Sections 22.204, 22.205, and 22.206 of the
Howard County Code in order to clarify gift provisions; and to
clarify the annual nature of lobbyist registration, the
amendments being necessary to make the Howard County Public
Ethics law substantially similar to State law as required by
Title 6 of the Maryland Public Ethics Law.

Effective Date February 7, 1984.

Duvall.

Effective Date March 5, 1984.

Bill No. 60

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Section 20.103 "Taxes; when
due; interest; discounts" of the Howard County Code to codify
correctly the dates of finality for taxes in arrears and the
interest rate on taxes in arrears.

Effective Date February 7, 1984.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
16.201, 16.204, 16.205 and 16.206 of Subtitle 2, "Zoning," Title
16, "Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development," of
the Howard County Code for the purpose of providing that the
secretary of the county council shall no longer be the secretary
