AN ORDINANCE for the purpose of amending Council Bill No. 59
of the County Council of Howard County, enacting during the 1979
Legislative Session on December 5, 1979, to provide that the
Bonds therein and thereby authorized may be issued and sold at
one time or from time to time within eight years from the date
Council Bill No. 59 became effective; making certain findings;
and further declaring this Ordinance to be an emergency bill.

Effective Date January 4, 1984.

AN ORDINANCE for the purpose of amending Council Bill No. 61
of the County Council of Howard County, enacting during the 1979
Legislative Session on December 5, 1979, to provide that Bonds
therein and thereby authorized may be issued and sold at one time

Bill No. 61 became effective; making certain findings; and

County Code in order to remove    the restriction from work on

individual residential lots from  the on-site utility contractor's
license.

Effective Date March 5, 1984.
