Bill No. 34

AN ACT for the purpose of amending Council Bill No. 35 of
the County Council of Howard County, enacted during the 1979
Legislative Session on June 14, 1979, to provide that the bonds
therein and thereby authorized may be issued and sold at one time
or from time to time within eight years from the date Council
Bill No. 35 became effective; making certain findings; and
further declaring this Ordinance to be an emergency bill.

Effective Date July 6, 1983.

the County Council of Howard County, enacted during the 1979
Legislative Session on June 14, 1979, to provide that the bonds

Bill No. 36 became effective; making certain findings; and
further declaring this Ordinance to be an emergency bill.

AN ACT to delete from the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to Martha Clark McIntyre, Mark Tyson
Clark and Francis Xavier McIntyre.

Bill No. 39

AN ACT amending portions of Subtitle 5 "Agricultural Land
Preservation" of Title 15 "Natural Resources" of the Howard
County Code in order to permit members of the Agricultural Land
Preservation Board to offer and sell development rights or fee
simple interest in land to Howard County under certain
conditions, to permit conveyance of a limited amount of land in
an easement for dwelling(s) for the owner and his/her child(ren),
to clarify language regarding arbitration of price for an
easement or fee simple sale and to remove requirements for
continuous active farming of land in which the County owns the
development rights or a fee simple interest.
