AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (aS) to Title 18 "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) of land belonging to Jeffrey and
Carolyn Crooks.

Effective Date August 8, 1983.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (aR) to Title 18 "Public
Works", Subtitle "Public Utilities" of the Howard County Code to
incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) of
land belonging to Mangione Family Enterprises.

Effective Date September 5, 1983.

Bill No. 29

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (aV) to Title 18 "Public
Works", Subtitle 1 "Public Utilities" of the Howard County Code
to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain parcel(s)
of land belonging to the State Highway Administration.

Effective Date August 8, 1983.

Bill No. 30

AN ACT amending Section 1.300 "Salaries and Fringe Benefits"
and Section 1.305 "Special Provisions" of Title I
"Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to provide a
salary adjustment for County employees.

Effective Date July 1, 1983.

AN ACT adopting the current expense budget and the capital
budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1983 and ending June
30, 1984 (to be known as the Annual Budget and Appropriation
Ordinance of Howard County, FY 1983-84).

Effective Date May 26, 1983.
