Finance and Taxation - Interest on Taxes and Redemption Rate

FOR the purpose of increasing the rate of interest on
overdue taxes; increasing the rate of interest payable on
redemption and providing that interest on taxes billed on or at a
date other than July 1 shall be collected after 30 days.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

AN ACT concerning

Zoning Regulations - Amusement Devices

FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to permit amusement devices as a matter of
right in the business zones of the County when used in
combination with a public bathing beach; and permitting amusement
devices and arcades in certain non-business zones of the County
under certain condition's when used in combination with certain
entertainment, leisure or recreation oriented uses; and
permitting amusement devices and arcades in all zones under
certain conditions when used in combination with certain uses and
certain licenses.
