The Self Insurance Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing one self insurance fund to
pay general liability, property damage and workmen's compensation
claims; to provide the basis and procedures for financing and
managing the fund, the payment of claims, and provision for
excess coverage; to define certain terms and generally relating
to the self insurance fund.
