A TAX RESOLUTION to establish the tax on all sales of
exchange service for the transmission of messages by telephone,
and the tax on the rental of certain equipment associated with
such service, by repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Section 11-63 of Article VI. Tax on Telephone Messages, title
"Finance and Taxation" of the Baltimore County Code, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Recordation Taxes

FOR the purpose of establishing a tax on deeds of trust and
other conveyances to the State any agency or political
subdivision of the State which secure the repayment of any
indebtedness, funded in any part, directly or indirectly, from
the proceeds of industrial development revenue bonds issued under
Article 41, §§ 266A et seq. of the Maryland Annotated Code.
