AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
12-1722 (a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Subtitle 17, "Miscellaneous Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Article V, "CATV Franchises", redesignating said Section 12-1722
(a) (1); and to add new Section 12-1722 (a) (2) to said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article to follow immediately after Section
12-1722 (a); for the purpose of making certain changes in the
schedule of rates for CATV franchises.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
6-106 (b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1,
"Generally"; to amend certain criminal trespass laws relating to
the possession, use and discharge of certain devices or
instruments on private property; to prohibit the possession and
use of said devices or instruments on private property without
written permission of certain persons.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal in their entirety Sections 15-4A00
through 15-4A04 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works", Subtitle 4A, "Allocation
of Water and Wastewater Capacity"; to add new Section 15A-401
(11A) of Title 15A, "Utilities", Subtitle 4, "Allocation of Water
and Wastewater Capacity", of said Code, as added by Bill No.
53-83; to renumber Section 15A-402 (c) as Section 15A-402 (d) of
said Code, Title and Subtitle; to add new Sections 15A-402 (c)
and 15A-404 (5) (C) of said Code, Title and Subtitle; and to
revise and enact certain regulations relating to the priority of
water and wastewater allocation.
