AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-604 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments"; TO
REPEAL AND REENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 17-604A OF SAID
CODE; AND TO REPEAL SECTION 17-603 (d) OF SAID CODE AND TO ENACT
NEW SECTION 17-603 (d) IN LIEU THEREOF TO STAND IN THE PLACE OF
THE SECTION REPEALED; to do away with a certain public fire
hydrant charge.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-910 to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 9, "Waterways Improvement Districts", to follow
immediately after Section 17-909 thereof, to create the Snug
Harbor Waterway Improvement District; to set forth the purposes
of said District; and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
15-413 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works", Subtitle 4, "Water and
Wastewater", to amend the criteria for mandatory connection to
public water and wastewater mains.

Bill No. 66-83

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments Section 6-226 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 2, "Animal Control"; and to add new Section 6-226A to
said Code to require rabies vaccination for all dogs and cats and
to provide certain penalties for failure to have such animals
vaccinated.
