AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to add new Title 15A, "Utilities", to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), to
follow immediately after Title 15 thereof; to enact a
comprehensive ordinance concerning the establishment and creation
of the Department of Utilities as authorized by Sections 539 and
539A of the Anne Arundel County Charter; to provide for the
assignment to the Department of Utilities of those functions
previously performed by the Utility Operations Bureau of the
Department of Public Works; to provide for the establishment of
various administrative bureaus within the Department of
Utilities.
