AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-400(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 4,
"General Development Plan", to adopt certain amendments, with
maps, to the Anne Arundel County Master Plan for Water Supply and
Sewerage Systems.

County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 14, "Police",
Subtitle 4, "Detention Center Officers and Personnel Pension
Plan", to authorize the institution and administration of a
pension plan for Anne Arundel County Detention Center Officers
and personnel.
