AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-711 (M) to the Anne
Arundel Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to dedicate
certain transfer tax revenues to the water and wastewater utility
fund to be used for certain purposes; and matters generally
related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
17-602 (4) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and
Wastewater Charges and Assessments", to alter billing and paying
frequency for water and wastewater services; and to lengthen the
time period after which interest is assessed for unpaid water and
wastewater charges; and to provide for waiver annually of one
late payment of interest charges for residential owner/users.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
17-612 (d) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and
Wastewater Charges and Assessments", to alter the provision
relating to when final front foot assessments for construction of
lateral water and wastewater lines and appurtenances shall be
made.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 9-503 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 9, "Finance", Subtitle 5, "Bonds and Other
Indebtedness", to change certain restrictions on the issuance of
general obligation bonds and to provide that the County Council
shall be the conclusive determining body as to the useful life of
bonded improvements.
