AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact with amendments
Sections l-307(e), 1-310 and 1-313 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration",
Subtitle 3, "Purchasing", effectuating Charter amendment changes
by increasing dollar amounts of emergency purchases, open market
purchases and sales and formal written contract purchases, and
matters relating generally thereto.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sections l-1301(a) and l-1303(a) to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 13, "Disposal of Real Property", to
clarify certain requirements relating to the disposition of
certain real property owned by the County.

AN ORDINANCE to real and reenact, with amendments, Section 1
of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No. 158-82,
legalizing Supplement No. 48, 12-82, to the Anne Arundel County
Code, (1967 Edition), as prepared and published by the Municipal
Code Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida, and making it evidence of
the laws of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-400 (a) (4) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 4,
"General Development Plan", to adopt a revised Anne Arundel
County Solid Waste Management Plan.
