the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Services by Other Agencies; Contracts" by
repealing and reenacting with amendment a certain section of the
Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment
shall have the effect of providing that the Town of Ocean City,
Maryland may enter into contracts with the County Commissioners
of Worcester County and the Worcester County Sanitary District
for the construction, operation and maintenance of sanitary
sewage systems and sewage treatment plants within the corporate
limits of the Town of Ocean City and contribute toward the
payment thereof.

SUBJECT: "Purchasing and contracts"
Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Purchasing and Contracts" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of exempting certain purchases from the bidding
requirements.
