Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment
shall have the effect of allowing the City Council to license
businesses and occupations conducted on municipal owned property.

THE EXISTING MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF PERRYVILLE WITH CERTAIN MINOR
CHANGES; ADOPTING A CODIFICATION AND REVISION OF THE ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS OF THE TOWN OF PERRYVILLE; PROVIDING FOR THE
MAINTENANCE OF SAID CODE; REPEALING AND SAVING FROM REPEAL
CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; ESTABLISHING A PENALTY

ENTITLED
A RESOLUTION to repeal Sections PC22, PC23, PC25, PC26, and
PC28 of the Charter of the Town of Pittsville, and to re-enact
with amendments Sections PC22, PC23, PC25, PC26, and PC28, and to
add a new Section PC33, said sections providing that qualified
voters must be registered with the Town of Pittsville; providing
that those persons who are registered to vote in State and County
elections on May 1, 1983 will be automatically transferred to the
Election Books of the Town of Pittsville and that only those
