MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Tax Anticipated Borrowing" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of extending the tax anticipation borrowing authority
beyond the present limitation of eighteen (18) months to
eighty-four (84) months.

[Section C-718 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1983-2

SUBJECT: "Water and sewers; powers of town"

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Water and Sewers; Powers of Town" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of providing that the Town of Ocean City, Maryland may
enter into contracts with the Sanitary District, Sanitary
Commission, or political subdivision for the construction,
operation and maintenance of sanitary sewage systems and sewage
treatment plants within the corporate limits of the Town of Ocean
City.

Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
