Brentwood, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date August 24, 1983]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1-1984

Repealing and Re-enacting with Amendments Section 56-5
(Same; election, voters, compensation) to eliminate the six month
residency requirement for voting in Town elections.

[Section 56-5 of the Code of Public Local Laws  of Prince

George's County, (1983 Edition and 1967 Supplement) as    found in

the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983   Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 24, 1983]
